• Innovative change – will the intended outcomes of the projects and activities proposed introduce innovations across higher education institutions in MN that will change the current practices of member institutions in significant ways
• Achievement of Economic and Strategic impact – how did the projects and activities implemented improve the economic and strategic performance of higher education across MN
